End User License Agreement (EULA)

2DScanner Software — Windows Editor & Mobile Applications Effective date: July 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and 2DSCANNER LP, Andreou Dimitriou 112–116, Xanthi 67133, Greece, VAT EL802618485, EUID ELGEMI.179668946000 (“2DSCANNER”, “we”, “us”), for the use of the following software (together, the “Software”):

• 2Dscanner Editor desktop application for Microsoft Windows;
• 2DscannerPro mobile application for Android and iOS;
• any updates, upgrades and documentation provided for them.

By downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

2DSCANNER grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software free of charge, for the purpose of operating a 2DScanner measuring device and processing the measurement data it produces. The Software is provided at no cost and with no subscription to purchasers and users of a 2DScanner device. Certain functions of the Software require a paired 2DScanner device to operate.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) sell, rent, lease or redistribute the Software or offer it for download from any website or service other than those operated or authorized by 2DSCANNER (for mobile applications: Google Play and the Apple App Store); (b) modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or digital signature notices; (d) use the Software in any unlawful manner.

3. Updates

The Windows Editor includes an automatic update feature that periodically checks for and installs new versions from 2DSCANNER’s servers, in order to keep the Software current and secure. Mobile applications are updated through Google Play / the App Store. Release notes for each version are published on our website.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with 2DSCANNER LP. This Agreement grants you no rights to 2DSCANNER trademarks or trade names.

5. Privacy

The Software does not collect, store or transmit personal data. Details are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

6. Uninstalling

You may uninstall the Windows Editor at any time using “Apps & features” (Add/Remove Programs) in Windows, and the mobile applications by removing them from your device. Uninstalling removes the Software and its configuration from your system.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 2DSCANNER does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2DSCANNER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or business, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software. Measurement results should always be verified before being relied upon for construction or other professional work.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms; upon termination you must uninstall the Software. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Xanthi, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the User’s country of residence.
