This is the official shop for the 2Dscanner EVO, a laser room scanner sold directly by the company that designs and builds it. The EVO is mounted on a tripod, rotates through the horizontal plane and records the angle and the distance to every surface around it. The points are processed in real time by the app, so what you take away from a site visit is not a list of numbers that still has to be drawn — it is a finished 2D floor plan. Export it as DXF and open it in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or any other CAD program; CSV and TXT exports are also available.
Distance accuracy is ±1 mm (distance only, per measurement) and angular accuracy is ±0.03°. Together they give a combined accuracy of ±2 mm within a 7 m radius, with a maximum measurement range of 40 metres. A room that takes twenty minutes with a tape measure, a sketchpad and a second pair of hands takes one person and 2 to 4 minutes here (a full 2,000-point scan takes about 4 minutes). Because the device records the geometry itself, the errors that creep into every manual survey — a misread figure, a wall nobody noted, a sketch that makes no sense two days later — are far less likely to reach the drawing.
