Tripod Leveling Base – 3-Screw Fine Adjustment
Make leveling our tripod faster, easier, and more precise.
This 3-screw leveling base is designed specifically for our tripod and is installed between the tripod head and the central column. It allows you to make small, precise leveling adjustments without having to readjust the tripod legs.
It uses a 3/8″ thread, matching the connection of our tripod.
The three fine-adjustment screws provide precise control over the tripod inclination, making leveling much quicker and easier, especially when the tripod is extended close to its maximum height.
Because the leveling base is positioned below the tripod head, the adjustment screws remain approximately 10–15 cm lower and easier to reach. This is particularly helpful when working at greater heights, where accessing the tripod head for leveling can otherwise be inconvenient.
The leveling base is especially useful for vertical scans, where accurate leveling of the 2Dscanner is even more important.
It also adds approximately 4–5 cm to the tripod’s maximum height, increasing it from 2.63 m to approximately 2.68 m.
